Responsibilities
Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop strategies.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.
Participate in the development and implementation of data-driven models and forecasts.
Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and R.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
