VANRATH are delighted to be partnering with our client in Mallusk to find an Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Daily cashbook entries
* Preparing and processing lodgements
* Analysing credit card transactions and posting to the ledger
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Managing sales and purchase ledger tasks
* Posting petty cash transactions
* Performing various ad hoc duties as required
About you:
* 2 years' experience within a similar role
* Good knowledge of a range of accounts
* Excellent communication skills
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel.
* Professional and courteous in interactions with others
* Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
