Job Title: Concierge (Treatment Coordinator)
Location: West End Dental (Porthmadog, Colwyn Bay, Llangefni, Prestatyn)
Salary: From £13.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:
* Serve as the point of contact for patients undergoing complex treatment, providing a unique and personalised professional service.
* Guide patients through their treatment plans, ensuring they feel informed and supported in making their decisions.
* Manage scheduling, patient records, and financial planning with attention to detail.
* Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative teams to coordinate high-quality care.
* Use practice management software to maintain accurate patient information.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in a customer-facing healthcare-related role.
* Essential clinical knowledge to support patient care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to manage sensitive patient information confidentially.
* Ability to discuss and process financial options and payments.
* Competence with IT systems and digital tools.
* Driving is essential as this is a multi-site role.
Exceptional Candidates May Also Offer:
* Experience in the dental sector.
* Knowledge of patient data protection and confidentiality practices.
* Experience of using finance software.
* The ability to speak Welsh (desirable but not essential).
