We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Secretary to join our well-established and growing Private Client team in SO30.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role within a busy, client-focused environment—supporting fee earners across a range of matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, and Estate Administration. If you have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and enjoy being a reliable point of support, we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be part of a welcoming and professional team that takes pride in delivering a high standard of service to clients, often during sensitive and emotionally important times.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing, formatting, and managing legal documentation
* Organising and maintaining client files with accuracy and discretion
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
* Acting as a professional and approachable first point of contact for clients
* Providing proactive administrative support to fee earners
What you’ll bring:
* Previous experience in a legal secretarial role, ideally within a Private Client team
* Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
* Strong organisational ability and a high level of attention to detail
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in audio dictation
