This is an exciting new role within the Facilities & Matchday Operations Team. The successful candidate will have a varied and busy workload, providing administration and operational support within the team. Typically, this would include liaising with contractors regarding site visits and work, handling reports and job sheets, placing orders, data gathering and input, report generating, team communications, health and safety administration and support for the matchday operation pre/during/post event. The role will be mainly, but not entirely, office based, with the successful candidate supporting the team in facilitating operational activities around the stadium, hotel and training ground.
Main areas of responsibility
* Provide day-to-day administration and operational support to the Facilities & Matchday Operations Team.
* Provide matchday operational support to the Facilities and Safety Teams.
* Be a point of contact for contractors, customers and colleagues.
* Ensure that compliance visits are booked, reports and test certificates are received, and findings communicated to the relevant member of staff.
* Collate and record data produced within the team and produce reports for managers.
* Provide administrative support for meetings led by members of the Facilities & Matchday Operations Team.
* Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.

* 4 GCSE's at Grade 4 or higher (Grade C or above) including Maths, English and Science.
