Nuclear Safety Case Consultants – Lancaster/Lancashire Background : Risktec Solutions Ltd is an established, independent engineering and risk management consultancy. The successful candidates will work on the delivery of major projects within the nuclear industry and be based within our Warrington tea m. Key Responsibilit ies Support the development of major safety cases, including authoring, verification and management of engineering change documentat ion.Providing specialist technical input and advice to resolve complex probl ems.Production of formal technical reports, safety cases and other project deliverables on time and to bud get.A drive to ensure successful delivery and continuous client satisfaction by delivering pragmatic and proportionate soluti ons.Building up and maintaining client relationsh ips.Management of projects, includ ing:Responding to client requests for sup portAccurately costing project t asksManaging resource to ensure project delivery within bu dget Key requirem ents: Experience in delivering and/or supporting nuclear safety cases is esse ntial.Previous experience working with EDF is desirable, e.g. EDF AV3 or AV2 qualification (or equiva lent).Strong analytical and logical skills are esse ntial.Clear communication skills are essential, both verbal and written, and strong organisational skills and attention to detail are cri tical.This opportunity has high visibility and profile so we require an enthusiastic, confident individual who we would be proud to represent Risktec in front of our cl ients.Able to work as part of a team, as well as to work independently where n eeded.Able to travel within t he UK.
