We are working with one of the world's leading R&D company's who are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition Assistant to join their team on a PAYE Contract.
The role would be onsite in Edinburgh and must be a Mandarin speaker.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
* Support hiring managers with recruitment best practices to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment: CV screening, assessments, interviews, offer approvals, and onboarding.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and talent mapping.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports on pipeline, time-to-hire, and strategies.
* Lead campus recruitment initiatives, including university partnerships and student events.
Onboarding & Offboarding
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with Admin and IT teams.
* Conduct Right to Work checks for new hires.
HR Compliance
* Maintain and update employee Right to Work records.
* Ensure GDPR compliance in document handling and HR processes.
* Manage intern assessments and maintain employee files.
Key Requirements:
* Recruitment experience, preferably in ICT.
* Strong organisational, reporting, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to source and build talent pipelines.
* Experience supporting hiring managers and managing hiring processes.
* Familiarity with UK Visa and Immigration regulations.
* Mandarin language proficiency required.
