About the Role As a Strategic Partnership and Licensing Specialist you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our content providers, negotiating and renegotiating licenses, and ensuring the continuity and quality of our content offerings. Our global licensing team manages 900 relationships with third-party providers of news and data, a world-class content set which is foundational to LexisNexis. Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of content partners’ accounts; building and maintaining relationships with partners and managing the day-to-day administration and management of accounts. Negotiating and renegotiating favorable terms and conditions for LexisNexis, ensuring optimal rights, cost position, profitability, and risk mitigation. Managing a content acquisition pipeline, conducting financial analysis, forecasting, and technical assessments. Providing all necessary sizing, projections or risk assessments to support licensing activities and troubleshoot issues as appropriate. Owning content release management cycle and top-down content communication. Collaborating with external and Internal legal counsels and Lexis Nexis teams across various functional areas.
