This agency drives positive change for people and planet by delivering outstanding branding and advertising for a host of global and local ethical brands, particularly in the food and drink sector.
Now they are looking for an experienced lead for their enthusiastic social media and performance marketing team to enhance online campaigns, optimise user experiences and deliver outstanding results.
This is a hybrid role, with part of the week spent in the agency’s beautiful rural offices in South-West Kent so a car will be required.
The Social Media and Performance Marketing Director role
This is a rare opportunity for a social and performance marketing specialist with solid senior agency experience and proven leadership credentials who relishes a mix of the strategic and the hands on.

1. Developing, owning and implementing the agency’s social and performance marketing strategy
2. Acting as the agency’s digital authority in consultancy work
3. Sharing your experience through coaching and developing your team
4. Understanding and navigating the challenges of driving B2B acquisition through paid search and campaigns
5. Collaborating with the wider teams, ensuring complete synergy between ongoing marketing activities
What else is required?
6. Strong expertise in building a successful B2B paid marketing funnel
7. Experience leading a team, ideally with a strong social paid focus
8. Confident and clear communication skills
9. Relationship-building experience at the highest level
10. A creative approach to marketing with the ability to brainstorm and generate ideas for campaigns and pitches
Work from home policy
This role is office based three days per week with two days from home.
Salary
To £75k depending on experience plus a good range of hard and soft benefits and a fabulous agency culture.
