In return for this, we are looking for someone who has: Previous experience within an administrative role. Experience of working with Excel (ideally experienced in working with formulas and pivot tables) and all other Microsoft Office applications. The ability to handle confidential information discretionally. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. A high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions. Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. What would I be doing as a HR Administrator at 4Com? Working in collaboration with our HR Team’s to integrate our new HR system, processing confidential information and working to challenging timescales. Taking full ownership of our HR administration processes, including processing all employee changes and updating the HR Systems; probation memos for new starters; records are updated; and ensuring any other relevant departments are notified of any changes. Preparing and running regular HR MI reports, preparing insights for the wider HR team and stakeholders. Supporting the HR team with internal audits and additional projects. Managing our HR inbox and responding to general enquiries where appropriate. Working with external suppliers, updating them of any new starters/leavers.
