Senior International Consultant - Regulatory Affairs and Executive Search
Are you an experienced Surgical Sales professional looking for a dynamic role in medical devices?
Join our surgical distribution client as a Territory Sales Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in the sale and distribution of Operating Room products across Urology & Gynaecology, Laparoscopic, Cardiac & Vascular devices to clinicians across the UK.
Candidates should ideally be based in one of the following regions:
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development – Present, demonstrate, and develop new business opportunities independently.
* Clinical Support – Provide technical expertise on Urology, Gynaecology, Laparoscopic, Cardiovascular & Thoracic instrumentation and consumables.
* Relationship Building – Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key customers.
* Sales Achievement – Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Market & Competitive Analysis – Gather insights to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
* Product Launches & Corporate Activities – Assist in implementing new product introductions and company initiatives.
* Industry Engagement – Attend relevant conferences and meetings to stay ahead in the market.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of medical sales experience is essential (surgical/ operating theatre sales preferred).
* Experience selling into operating theatres (advantageous if you have existing relationships with Urology, Gynaecology, and Laparoscopic surgeons) - Gynaecology highly desired
* Strong drive, planning, organizational, and account management skills
* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK.
* Full, clean driving license (company car provided).
* Background in clinical or medical device sales is essential.
