About the role:
As a Software Engineer you will be at the forefront of our technical initiatives, deploying and maintaining solutions that address complex data management needs. Your expertise with various programming languages and technologies will enable you to craft resilient software solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our cutting-edge digital asset management and media workflow solutions. In this role you will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30am.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain solutions involving complex data management and integration using various API technologies.
- Employ a wide range of technologies including Python, Perl, JavaScript, XML, JSON, HTML, and XSLT to deliver top-notch software solutions.
- Build and deploy applications in AWS or on-premise Linux environments.
- Manage and manipulate data using SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless systems integration.
- Adapt your communication style to cater to various technical understanding levels, ensuring clarity with both customers and team members.
- Respond promptly to time-sensitive challenges, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills.
- There will be involvement in customer level support.
