Project Manager Leading Systems Solutions Provider Newcastle Mon - Thurs 8:30-5pm, Fri 8:30am - 1pm £38,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience) We are currently looking for a Project Manager, to serve as a mediator between our client's Customers and the Engineering Staff. You will oversee planning, monitoring and supervising the execution of internal and external company projects. The Candidate: Project Management (Preferably PRINCE 2 level) Ability to gain Security Clearance (for UK MOD) Generally required to have several years' experience in a high level Technical or managerial role. You must have a full, clean UK Driving License Understanding of the Project Cycle You must be flexible, analytical, collaborative, creative and a strong problem solver. Duties and Responsibilities: Liaising with customers to ensure projects are competed to their satisfaction. Managing, supervising and planning work execution for Projects and new developments. Maintaining Projects schedules (Mondays CRM system) Devising, organizing, and implementing company delivery projects. Product deliveries and development projects as defined by the procedures. Development, and product project management. Reporting on project status (Mondays CRM System) Monitoring associated project budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing 3 direct reports. Accounting for project cost, time and budget. Mitigating Projects risks. Other duties include assistance to the Sales team, issuing progress reports and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion. Import and export paperwork, harmonised and CPC codes. IPR issues. Part of personnel selection/training/evaluation Project RAMS/Workplace Risk Assessments Site access arrangement (passes etc) Production of Visio supplier drawings (Metalwork) Assisting Sales team in the following areas: Taking customer RFQ, liaising with suppliers to produce offers Taking customer PO, PO acknowledgment and PO acceptance Arranging shipments of ordered products/services.
