Questech Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the team at one of our clients based in Sheffield. This role is to join the team at a busy vehicle depot so experience in the automotive trade is required for this role.
This role can also provide a great opportunity for development and progression within the business.
The Shifts:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Overtime is also regularly available which is paid at time and a half.
**Please note this role will also include 4 hours every other Saturday which is reflected in the salary**
The Pay:
£31,000 per year plus possible OTE from overtime.
The Role:
As an experienced Customer Service Advisor your duties will include but not be limited to;
• Covering the reception area in the depot dealing with customers face to face.
• Liaising with customers in various methods such as over the phone or via email to give updates and quotes.
• Accept and make bookings.
• Vehicle Planning.
• General admin work.
