Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets for construction projects
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control
- Advise on procurement strategy and contract terms
- Analyse project outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Manage subcontractor accounts, payments, and contract variations
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and relevant regulations
- Engage in regular communication with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on mechanical and electrical projects
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
