GENERAL DESCRIPTION
PLEXSYS is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced Project Managers for an upcoming opportunity within our UK, Europe and Middle East operations. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in project management and extensive experience working within the defence sector, that may also be willing to work overseas.
Role Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects related to simulation and training solutions, ensuring successful delivery to our defence customers. The role requires effective stakeholder engagement, risk management, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in project management within the defence sector, preferably working with UK defence customers.
* Recognised project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM).
* Strong understanding of defence procurement processes, regulations, and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
