We are currently working with our client, an industry leading design & manufacturing company, in their recruitment of an Office & Finance Manager to join their small Salisbury based team.
The successful individual will have responsibility for management of the finance processes within the business, including VAT submissions to the company accountant, invoicing via Quickbooks, ledger management, credit control, payment of invoices and end of year submission to the accountant. Previous UK business bookkeeping experience is preferred, ideally with experience of Quickbooks or similar package.
The role also encompasses general office management duties including, managing and maintaining business registrations and accreditations (including cyber essentials), keeping the company website and social media up to date, director’s travel management and any other general duties required.
This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hrs per week). Salary for the role is from £26-£30k DoE, with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays. The role is based on the Churchfields Industrial Estate and there is free parking available
