Position: Library & Curriculum Support Officer
Contract: Temporary, Full-time, Term-time
Hours: 37 hours per week
Term: Fixed term February – November 7th 2025
We are looking for a new member of staff to join our Library team to assist in providing effective and responsive library services to students and staff and to provide curriculum support to specified subjects and act as liaison between the departments and the Library. This post is fixed term to cover maternity leave.
The hours of work would be:
Monday – Thursday 8.00-4.00 and Friday 08.30 – 4.00 with 30 minutes unpaid break each day.
The successful candidate may be required on occasion to work a later shift (for example, 11.00am - 7.00pm from February half term – June) on one of their working days to maintain team cover.

Salary: Point 6 on the Support Staff Pay Scale. The annual salary for a FT post at this point is £23,162pa which is £19,420pa prorated for 37 hours pw term time only (0.8384fte 43.6 weeks paid per year) prorated for the fixed term period.
