We are seeking a Temporary Office/Payroll Administrator to join our clients office in the Edinburgh City Centre. Please only apply if you have Xero experience.
What You'll Do:
* Process payroll accurately and on time for our valued employees
* Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with company policies
* Assist with general office administration tasks
* Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
* Xero reconciliation
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in payroll administration or a similar administrative role
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
* Proficiency in Xero
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
