An exciting opportunity for a Permanent HR Advisor, within a start-up site. This will suit someone who likes to make a difference and add value. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of HR processes. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about people and has a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices. The HR Advisor will provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR-related issues. This role is on site 5 days per week in Northamptonshire.Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day HR advisory services to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and coordinating and carrying out interviews. Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, absence management, grievances, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to improve overall employee experience and engagement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations, ensuring the company's HR policies are up-to-date and legally compliant. Conduct training sessions and workshops on various HR topics to enhance employee knowledge and skills. Collaborate with the HR team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic HR projects. Experience: You must have experience as an HR Advisor, ideally in a fast-paced commercial organisation. You must have experience managing ER cases from end-end. You must have experience managing recruitment and selection from end-end. Ideally, you will be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
