Qualified Social Worker - 16+ Children Leaving Care Team
We are looking to recruit a Social Worker in the 16+ Children Leaving Care Team within Merton. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the Social Worker include:
1. Making a positive change in young people's lives as they move out of the care system to independent living.
2. Playing a key part in transforming the lives of Young People to enable them to integrate into the community.
3. Being supportive and motivated, co-working with Social Workers and Personal Advisers in the team to aspire to high standards.
4. Being a part of a vibrant team who are shaping practice standards within the service, delivering positive outcomes collaboratively.
The CM16+ team has always been highly regarded by internal and external auditors.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Social Work England registration
2. Eligibility to work in the UK
3. Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DipSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
