This position is offered either as a full time 37.5 hours per week or part time 27.5 hours per week. Both roles are office based and will be over 5 days Monday to Friday.
Salary: Full time: £14.00 - £15.64 per hour / £27,300 - £30,500 per annum
Part time: £14.00 - £15.64 per hour / £20,020 – £22,365.20 per annum
Hours: Either Full or Part time hours available
Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am – 15.45pm
Part time: 27.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm
A leading Manufacturing company based in Ferndown are seeking a Logistics & Invoicing Administrator to join their team on a permanent contract to work either Full or Part time hours.
This role will be working closely with the Sales team to ensure that all accurate & relevant documentation is prepared and completed for the despatch of customer orders both UK & worldwide.
Within this role you be:
• Liaising with the warehouse, shipping agents and hauliers to arrange the despatch, packing and shipping of machinery both UK and worldwide.
• Analysing packing and freight costs on a regular basis.
• Obtaining proof of export from freight forwarders.
