Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Work Location: Gloucester

Salary - £52,100(+ £750 Car Allowance) per annum - depending on skills and experience

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time (37 hours per week)



About the rol

eThe Chartered Valuation Surveyor will contribute to the delivery of the disposal programme, by visiting properties and land and providing valuations. To advise on the market and assist in achieving the best value for sales

.Main duties for this role will include

* :To prepare properties identified for disposal to be ready for sale by conducting visits and providing valuations and valuation reports

Make detailed inquiries into the local property market, researching and analysing comparable transactions, utilising valuation methodologies to arrive at an opinion of valuation, and ultimately preparing a valuation report for the client in accordance with Red Book valuation guidanc

To provide desktop valuations on prospective sales and valuation advise on a wide range of property typ
