Role Overview: As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, as well as marking students’ work to support their academic development. You will have the opportunity to inspire students, develop their writing and reading skills, and foster a love for English literature. Key Details: Location: Stamford Working Hours: 08:30 – 15:30, Monday to Friday, Term Time Only Pay: Starting at £160 per day, with the potential to rise based on experience Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons in line with the curriculum Mark and assess students’ work to track their progress and provide feedback Support students with individual needs, offering additional help where necessary Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and ideas for enhancing student learning Ideal Candidate: A qualified English Teacher with a passion for teaching Strong classroom management and communication skills Dedicated to helping students achieve their full potential Experience in planning and marking work (preferred but not essential) A team player with a positive and proactive attitude This is an excellent opportunity for an English teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students while developing professionally.
