Salary & Benefits: £80,200 - £94,300 per annum, plus annual personal bonus, 15% employer pension contribution, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Location: Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester Office – Hybrid working, which consists of two days per week in the office and three days working from home. In addition, work from home all five days of the week between the months of July and September each year.

About Us: We’re the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) within Lloyds Banking Group! The mission of Group Chief Data and Analytics Office is to promote, embed and commercialise Data and Analytics practice and culture across Lloyds Banking Group. The Data Resilience team is responsible for defining and embedding new Strategies, Operating Models, and Control Frameworks to protect the Bank's critical data services.
Background: The aim of the Data Resilience team is to protect our customers, colleagues & markets by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for operational resilience established by the Bank of England, FCA, and PRA.
The Data Resilience team has 3 main objectives:
1. Mobilise and maintain a Data Pillar: identify & define critical data assets supporting critical business processes.
2. Assess level of resilience around those assets.
3. Define/design/test and implement tooling requirements around this.
The Data Resilience team manages the E2E delivery of Data Resilience & Data Pillar Set-up, from requirements gathering, definition, user stories, to testing and implementation.
Your Key Accountabilities:
1. Establishing pivotal integration points across Data Resilience/Labs/Platforms and effectively communicating these integration points to relevant stakeholders.
2. Developing the sequence for integration related tasks in collaboration with CADO/Labs/Platforms.
3. Cataloguing and managing dependencies between Data Resilience/Platform and other teams.
4. Identifying blockers to delivery and where possible mitigating/resolving/escalating to product owner(s)/platform leadership.
5. Managing suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance.
6. Coordinating the integration process and/or implementation events across shared infrastructure.
7. Providing expertise for governance activity owned by the Product Owner.
About You: This is a highly visible role, and it is essential that you have demonstrable experience with the following:
1. Strong experience as a lead integrator or integration manager.
2. Strong financial services and/or banking background.
3. Experience with Tier 1 institutions.
4. Strong experience deploying and using agile methodology and tools.
5. Strong reporting and governance experience.
6. Strong presentation skills and experience preparing visually appealing PowerPoint slides.
7. Strong experience managing stakeholders across all levels.
8. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.
9. Basic understanding of FCA/PRA/DORA regulations.
10. Basic knowledge of ServiceNow.
