Responsibilities

* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
* Monitor patients' progress and response to treatment, making adjustments as necessary.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and infection control within the healthcare setting.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to inform patient assessments and care strategies.
* Proficient in medication administration, including understanding dosages, side effects, and interactions.
* Exceptional patient care skills, demonstrating empathy, patience, and effective communication.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in patient care promptly.
