Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify new leads in growth sectors where transformation and CX are central functions.
* Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute long-term business strategies to identify clients in new markets and grow existing client work.
* Client Acquisition & Retention: Build relationships with potential clients and retain existing clients to ensure continuous growth.
* Market Analysis & Insights: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
* Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead the negotiation process for new business and work with the legal team to develop statements of work.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities and present them to relevant stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
* Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, pitching, and closing deals.
* Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in winning work with new clients in the CX, customer experience, and/or user experience sectors.
* Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations.
* Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyse data, trends, and business performance metrics.
* Adaptability & Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges and adapt to changes in the market.
* Financial Acumen: Understanding of business financials, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and budget management.
* Proven Track Record: Significant experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
* Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the industries and market trends in which +impact operates.
* Sales Strategy Development : Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that result in sustained growth and profitability.
* Client Management : A strong history of working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
