We are currently recruiting for a dynamic global Colour Cosmetics brand who are looking for a motivated and driven National Accounts profile for a 3-month Fixed Term Contract. Based in Central London this role will focus on managing existing relationships across the UK and European market.

In this National Accounts role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their key wholesale account partnerships within the UK & ROI. You will be responsible for managing sales, increasing brand awareness, expanding market share, and enhancing their ranking within the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee full P&L for wholesale accounts.
Develop and execute strategic customer plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and stakeholders.
Lead strategy meetings and oversee online activities to boost brand awareness and sales.
Define assortments per partner and respond to market trends.
Negotiate and implement trade marketing plans.
Collaborate with partners to identify best practices and opportunities.
Analyse KPIs and manage marketing budgets.
Work with local and global teams to drive sales and enhance brand presence.
Identify opportunities with influencer, PR, and social media teams.
Accurately forecast sales, inventory needs, and profits.
Manage account inventories and ensure timely replenishment.
Partner with Operations and Planning teams for accurate forecasting.
Negotiate multi-year wholesale account contracts.
Provide regular sales reports and track KPIs.
Identify new wholesale accounts in line with the company’s expansion strategy.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience managing high turnover, key strategic accounts in beauty or cosmetics.
Experience with UK retailers such as Boots and Selfridges.
Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
Creative with strong brand and industry awareness.
Excellent management, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and project management.
Relevant degree in business or marketing preferred.
