Our client is a Large Accountancy firm based in Belfast. They are looking for a Accounts Assistant who will provide support within our Outsourcing team in our Belfast Office. This role is 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home. We are looking for someone who is eager to develop their career in the processing of accounting records, preparing bank reconciliations and can work in a fast-paced environment, whilst demonstrating professionalism.
Core duties will include:
* Processing accurate accounting records including cash book, purchase ledger, sales ledger and nominal ledger
* Preparing bank reconciliations and arranging bank payments and transfers
* Acting as a brand ambassador for RSM UKs clients by liaising with third parties, e.g. insurance companies
* Meeting all set deadlines provided with the consensus to work independently.
Ideal candidates must have the following:
1. Good standard of education with GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
2. Motivated to provide the highest quality service to clients
