Key Responsibilities: Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience. Handle urgent assistance requests and provide updates on information. Coordinate all installation, repair, service, and maintenance works on customer sites across the north Manage and control mobile service vans, ensuring efficient labor planning. Support the depot team with various administrative functions. Coordinate mobile engineers for attendance at client sites Qualifications: Proven experience in working to demanding deadlines. A can-do attitude with a creative mind and high level of energy and enthusiasm. Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with customers at all levels.
