Overview
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the field of pensions operations? We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous individual to join our team as a Pensions Associate (Operations). In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and logging casework in a timely manner, ensuring that all information received is complete before passing it to the administration team for processing. You will be assigned cases that include data amendments and general correspondence. Working closely with the administration team, you will ensure that casework is handled accurately and promptly. Your dedication and vigilance will ensure the highest level of service to each scheme member.
How you'll make an impact:
1. Carrying out administration tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with internal processes while adhering strictly to company policies and governing regulations.
2. Managing your workload effectively, ensuring all cases are peer-reviewed to maintain flawless service standards.
3. Liaising with scheme members through various channels, including email, letter, or telephone, to provide outstanding support and communication.
4. Preparing member correspondence and inputting data accurately into client reports.
5. Collaborating with team members and building relationships with supporting teams to successfully implement solutions.
6. Providing support to team members and assisting the Team Leader as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
7. Engaging actively and being visible with team members and the Team Leader throughout the day to promote a collaborative environment.
8. Assisting the administration team where necessary to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
About You:
1. Proven experience in administration is advantageous.
2. Outstanding capability to process, collect, and input data with precision and accuracy.
3. Strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines and disclosure requirements efficiently.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to answer queries by telephone, letter, and email clearly and professionally.
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a collaborative and encouraging environment.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ensuring you can keep up in a fast-paced workplace that relies on technology.
7. Eligible to work in the UK.
