Honeycomb is partnering with a high performing Wealth Advisory firm to recruit for a Senior Financial Services Administrator to join their high performing team based in Lisburn. The role is full time and permanent with excellent opportunity for career progression. The Client A high performing Financial Advisory firm with an office based in Lisburn. The firm deliver expert wealth management advise to a range of customers. The Role The Senior Financial Services Administrator will be part of a team of two who will deliver high level administration and paraplanning support to a team of Advisors. Typical duties will include: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and plan records on back-office system, and ensure review invites issued and documentation prepared Ensure all relevant documentation and correspondence is uploaded to the correct client records on the back-office system and named in accordance with Company procedures Create, manage, and complete tasks on the back-office system Produce client suitability reports confirming new recommendations in accordance with the Company's internal standards and compliance procedures Paraplanning duties Essential Criteria A minimum of 3 years experience working in a Financial Advisory firm. Working towards Level 4 Diploma. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Teamworker Excellent IT skills Package £25 - £30k depending on skills and experience.
