Your new roleThis role is a receptionist position.
Responsibilities include: - Oversee the operation and management of access gates into the site.- Issue sign-in cards, greet visitors, and direct them accordingly.- Answer calls and enquiries, directing them to the relevant person.- Manage visitor and contractor induction procedures, updating the register.- Handle deliveries, organise couriers, and perform general administrative tasks (scanning, filing, etc.).- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.- Manage fire roll call during evacuations.- Set up meeting rooms and arrange catering and refreshments for meetings
