Call Centre Agent, Telford, TF3 4NT
Orbit Credit Services is on the lookout for Call Centre Agents to join our team in Telford, starting on 9th December 2024 and 20th January 2025.
* Salary: from £24,091 based on experience (on a 40 hrs contract)
* Operational Hours: Shifts vary per client Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm, with Saturdays (1 in 3 per month). Flex on shifts for client needs between 8am - 4pm.
* 31 days holiday (pro rata) - including all bank holidays.

About Us:
Orbit Credit Services provides a range of debt services to our water clients to help resolve their customers' problems. We have over 300 people working with us, with offices in Malton & Telford.
Orbit is based in the town centre, around a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 10-minute walk to the main bus station.

* As a Call Centre Agent at Orbit Credit Services, you will be supporting customers to achieve financial wellbeing.
* We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training groups during your 4-week induction. Once qualified, your exciting career path is fully structured with your new team members and leader.
* Engaging customers on inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service to promote financial stability.
* Confidently handling calls where you will support potentially vulnerable customers to deliver solutions with care and empathy.
Training and Shifts:
Once you have completed our excellent 4-week training, you will move onto our weekly shift patterns to support our customers when they need us.
You have the option of a 37.5 or 40-hour per week contract with shift patterns that will depend on the client.
