Partner - Real Estate

* Salary: £60,000 - £95,000
Join our award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm known for our commitment to growth and excellence. We are seeking an ambitious Real Estate lawyer, specialising in development, to make a tangible impact within our dynamic development team as a Partner.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a comprehensive caseload of real estate development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold transactions.
* Draft, review, and negotiate complex development agreements, leases, and other related documentation.
* Conduct thorough due diligence and coordinate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless client service.
* Provide strategic advice on development-related legal issues and offer practical solutions.
* Lead business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 5+ years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on development or/and Landlord & Tenant.
* Demonstrated expertise in drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
* In-depth knowledge of the development process, including planning and environmental considerations.
* A client-focused approach, with proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the capability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* Strong interest in business development and networking within the real estate industry.
