Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for a Conveyancer to join our Felixstowe based client.
Working as a Conveyancer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage email communications and client queries
2. Conduct searches, verify titles, prepare financial statements, and draft deeds
3. Liaise with Factors, address concerns, and manage lender interactions
4. Process and submit registration applications
5. Offer accurate legal advice and support
6. Communicate effectively with clients and solicitors
To be successful in this position you will be a qualified solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with 3-year PQE. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:
1. Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
2. Excellent IT and customer service skills
3. Ability to manage a caseload independently
About the role:
1. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (office based)
2. Earning circa 45,000 per annum
