Job Briefing: IFA Administrator
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £25,000 £28,000 per annum
Role Summary:
The IFA Administrator will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)n. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a financial services administrative role and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, particularly when liaising with high-profile clients such as professional footballers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IFA team.
2. Process client documentation efficiently and accurately.
3. Liaise directly with clients, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
4. Maintain and update client records on internal systems.
5. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
6. Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service to clients.
Candidate Requirements:
7. Experience: Previous experience in a similar IFA Administrator role or financial services environment is essential.
8. Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when working with high-profile clients.
10. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
