We are working with a client who is seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their rapidly growing team.
Duties of Purchase Ledger Clerk:
1. Matching purchase orders to delivery notes and purchase invoices
2. Coding and inputting of all purchase invoices
3. Reconciling invoices to supplier statements
4. Producing regular payment lists
5. Dealing with supplier queries
6. Petty cash handling and reconciling
7. Assist with credit control when required
Essential Qualifications:
1. Have solid experience working in a similar role
2. Strong Microsoft Excel experience
3. Be a confident communicator
4. Able to meet tight deadlines and work in an accurate and efficient manner
