We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team and help us continue to deliver the highest standards of care.
Job Description:
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our care team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and managing a team of care assistants to ensure high-quality care is provided to all residents.
2. Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
5. Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
6. Participating in the training and development of care staff.
7. Handling any issues or concerns that arise in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
8. Previous experience in a similar role within a dementia care home setting.
9. Strong leadership and team management skills.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
11. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
12. Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations.
13. Relevant qualifications in health and social care (, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

14. Ridgemount is located just 2min walking distance from Banstead Town Centre where bus stops are located. Area is nice and quiet. We have on-site parking where staff can park their cars as well
