Kitchen Porter. Full time post - 37 hours 5 over 7 days shift pattern between 7.00am 7.00pm. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to work as part of the Catering Team within the Golden Jubilee Hospital The post holder will be responsible for food preparation and cooking, putting away deliveries and checking off invoices and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy at all times in line with H&S requirements. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar environment and should have an up to date Food Hygiene certificate. Applicants must have knowledge of Policies and Procedures and Food Fluid and Nutrition Standards, all of which will be monitored by the Team Leaders. Candidates must be able to comply with all Hygiene Regulations and have experience of using cleaning machinery. A high level of communication and an ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision are necessary for this role. Please see attached Job Description for a full list of duties.
