What you'll be doing:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Specialist to coach, mentor, and lead large self-employed Sales Leader teams at all levels. This role is essential for driving business growth, executing strategies, and building strong relationships to support team success. We are seeking a results-driven individual with a focus on sales, able to prioritise tasks, make decisions efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing needs. This role is a fixed term contract till the end of Feb 2025.
Key responsibilities:
* Drive performance across multiple areas, leveraging sales leadership in line with Avon's Leader-led strategy.
* Analyse data daily and create targeted strategies to achieve business goals.
* Lead a dynamic, fast-paced team focused on sales growth, and exceed targets through effective leadership.
* Coach Sales Leaders to build business acumen, support their progress, and help them reach stretch goals.
* Establish professional relationships with Sales Leaders, role modeling Avon's values and vision.
* Monitor and support the performance of Sales Leader teams, ensuring alignment with their network plans.
* Demonstrate effective field practices to engage and develop Sales Leaders across all levels. Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions to Sales Leaders, helping them refine their skills.
* Facilitate regular online and in-person sales meetings, partnering with Sales Leaders to drive growth.
* Use excellent communication skills to enhance engagement, build relationships, and foster competition within the team.
* Work closely with the Divisional Manager (DM) to design and implement strategies, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
* Collaborate with other Business Development Specialists and internal teams for a unified leadership approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Demonstrated ability to achieve results in Sales Leadership Development and KPIs in the past six months.
* Proven success in growing and developing Sales Leader teams.
* Experience in accelerating business growth through effective coaching and leadership.
* Ability to coach and mentor Sales Leaders through both online and offline platforms.
