Job Description
Managing creative production and project delivery process seamlessly at all stages from briefing to delivery. As a mid-weight Integrated Producer you're expected to have solid expertise in both project management and production and will be responsible for taking the lead on medium size shoots and brand campaigns as well supporting the Senior IPs to deliver large, more complex briefs. You will be part of the Marketing Operations function, who lead by example on all things process and work together to continually optimise the efficiency within the wider 200-person Marketing department.
You will need a proven track record of producing shoots, small to medium scale [on location, studio and remote], managing multiple projects as well as exceptional planning, budgeting and communication skills.
You will also need to be confident managing projects that have no shoot element as they are design focused or use content creators and third parties to generate assets. Your team leadership and project management skills are vital for the smooth running of these types of projects.
The Integrated Producer team are the glue that holds our multi-channel activations together, they are responsible for tightly managing a variety of internal and external interests and stakeholders to generate the best outcome.
The Integrated Producers also manage and support all operational requirements for their respective work streams, ensuring the right resources are booked at the right time, and the work is delivered on brief, on deadline and within budget.
The Details
Project management and Production
1. Manage the end-to-end process for assigned small to medium projects, everything from project management to production and creative output.
2. Work with Senior IPs & Integrated Production Lead to understand and align on project strategy, ensure that deliverables are on time, on budget and meet/exceed KPIs.
3. Manage and liaise with project teams across the Marketing department to ensure all stakeholders, internally & externally, are aware of key deadlines and projects are delivered to spec on time.
4. Facilitate and manage creative production and the delivery of creative assets across assigned projects. Creative can include, but not limited to digital assets: social and on-site content, home page, video shoots, still life shoots, model shoots, moving image shoots, social assets, paid social assets and talent-led content. Also supporting smaller production values or projects without production elements such as Trade or Proposition.
Budget & Process
1. Being financially and commercially minded: Constantly looking for the best cost-effective approaches in the day-to-day and can make sound commercial decisions.
2. Detailed budgeting and tracking for all productions, negotiating with freelancers and partners to get the best rates and ensuring efficiency is always at the core of your approach.
3. Implementing processes that keep projects and workstreams functioning and moving in an efficient and effective way. Support the Senior IPs and IP Lead to constantly improve the planning and production processes, making recommendations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness is maintained at the highest level.
Continuous improvement
1. Managing post project retros and making sure that all learnings are turned into actions which will be fed back into the processes of the department.
2. Knowledge of latest technologies/techniques/creative partners ensuring the most effective means of production to reduce the need for manual requirements.
3. Broad knowledge of varied creative outputs and social channels including TikTok, Instagram, Snap, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube.
4. Strive to always increase efficiency, through smarter ways of working.
