Salary: 40,000 - 70,000 GBP per year Requirements:
* We are looking for a candidate with a facilitative and engaging approach to training delivery. You should possess excellent communication skills across all levels, both oral and written, and have effective coaching and feedback skills. Being highly organized with excellent time management skills is essential, as well as maintaining a positive attitude towards problem-solving while working collaboratively. A flexible attitude towards work and a strong desire to deliver excellent results are key attributes we value.
* While not mandatory, we would prefer candidates with management development and training delivery experience, along with CIPD qualifications or equivalent training/facilitation certifications. Experience with both virtual and face-to-face training delivery is desirable, as is knowledge and experience of delivering and supporting leadership-level apprenticeships. Additionally, having experience in assessing work to a high standard in line with qualification requirements would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training for first-line and middle-management across different departments and business areas within the Markerstudy Group. I will design, facilitate, and evaluate our leadership development programmes to meet the needs of the business in alignment with our strategic priorities.
* I will create innovative content, support materials, and activities that adhere to our standards and branding. Additionally, I will design and deliver training to support our in-house leadership apprenticeship programmes. My commitment to continuous improvement will drive me to seek ways to enhance the effectiveness of leadership development by applying rigorous self-assessment and current best practices.
* Maintaining accurate reports for internal and external audits is also a key responsibility. I will engage in strong stakeholder management, working collaboratively to identify needs and development areas. I will need to be comfortable working in dynamic situations as I juggle various responsibilities across multiple sites throughout the business. Furthermore, my flexibility to travel will be crucial in meeting the business's needs. Lastly, I will undertake other reasonable responsibilities and projects as requested by my line manager.
