Commercial Intelligence Manager ~9 month FTC contract ~ Department: Marketing
The role
As a Commercial Intelligence Manager, you will help to support the whole Marketing Team with commercial analysis and insight into consumer trends. The role is key to supporting marketing teams to ensure that we are customer-centric in all of our marketing campaigns and menus.
The Commercial Intelligence Manager will be responsible for providing data-driven, actionable insights and future recommendations to help each brand further develop its marketing activity. You will showcase how the analysis of data can tell the story of marketing performance and customer engagement. Through the interrogation of all available data & analytic sources across all channels, you will help the marketing teams drive increased brand awareness, increased visits, and ongoing profitable sales growth.
Your role as Commercial Intelligence Manager includes:
1. Providing marketing analysis, insights, and support to the business.
2. Using all available data and analytics to tell a story and provide actionable marketing insights which can be communicated across the business to drive opportunities.
3. Harmonising and manipulating the numerous internal data sources, ensuring excellent data quality.
4. Building testing methodologies to analyse and optimise the effectiveness of our marketing spend across all channels, helping to maximise return on investment and improve results based on agreed KPIs.
5. Working with the Marketing Managers and Brand Execs to define appropriate parameters, SMART targets, and KPIs for campaign/project proposals.
6. Providing timely and insightful analysis of promotions and discount activity with recommendations and summaries of learnings.
7. Working with each brand marketing team to understand their strategy and priorities and build a program to help inform and advise on key marketing decision-making.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 10% performance bonus
