Abbeyhill Primary School
1. 1 x 25 hour per week Permanent vacancy (Monday to Thursday 9am to 3:15pm and Friday 9am to 12:15pm)
2. 1 x 10.35 hour Permanent vacancy (Monday to Wednesday 11:15am to 3pm)
Leith Walk Primary School
1. 2 x 27.5 hour per week Permanent vacancies (Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 3:30pm and Friday 8:45am to 12:30pm)
Duddingston Primary School
1. 1 x 22.92 hour per week Permanent vacancy (Monday to Friday)
The City of Edinburgh Council would like to invite applications from candidates who wish to apply for a Pupil Support Assistant post.
We are looking for conscientious, committed candidates with excellent inter-personal and communication skills. You will be working as part of a team and there will be many training opportunities to support you in working with our children and young people. Previous experience of working in a school would be desirable.
Please note that these posts have a mobility clause meaning there is a chance successful candidates could be moved to a different school in the future.

This post is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required. You will be required to provide this check. An unconditional offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to the outcome of both these pre-employment checks being deemed satisfactory.
