An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Project Manager to join the Digital and Health Intelligence Directorate at Cardiff and Vale UHB. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Project Manager to join one of our application teams, supporting major national software applications for the NHS in Wales, working specifically on our video consultation solution. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. As a Project Manager, you will be required to take a flexible and innovative approach to the service, combined with excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, to ensure that the application performs to the requirements of its users. The post holder will promote and champion the use of technology to enhance clinical services, working closely with clinical staff to define current service processes and assist with patient pathway re-engineering. Applicants should have experience in a relevant role with a strong understanding of the NHS. You should be confident in relaying technical information and data in a clear and concise manner. You will be asked to analyse stakeholder objectives, investigate business requirements, and identify potential benefits. You will be capable of working in a dynamic team and thrive in a goal-oriented environment, helping this Health Board move towards digital transformation.
