Role Overview: As a Level 2/Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the nursery's daily operations, providing exceptional care and supporting the emotional, social, and educational growth of the children. Collaborating with a team of skilled practitioners, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. • Foster children’s learning and development through interactive activities and play. • Plan and implement educational experiences tailored to each child's unique needs. • Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, contributing to their developmental records. • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. • Ensure a safe and clean environment by adhering to nursery policies and procedures. • Collaborate with team members, providing support and guidance when needed. • Actively contribute to creating an engaging learning environment, both indoors and outdoors. • Participate in staff meetings, training opportunities, and nursery events. Requirements: • A Level 2/Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent (essential). • Experience working with young children in an early years setting (essential). • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and safeguarding protocols. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
