You are a natural communicator who is great with people, able to develop trust and confidence across both your client contacts and your account teams. You have a groundingin digital marketing (with Paid Media, SEO, Content, Display), and are comfortable discussing this with clients. This role will be working on large and complex accounts so requires organisation and ability to prioritise.
You will take a supporting role assisting the agency in planning, defining, and implementing award winning digital marketing campaigns that are in line with client objectives, and are within the timeframe and budgets set, by working with channel experts inthe operational teams.
You will not only need to proactively develop client relationships, you’ll be expected to support your Account Director in identifying and realising growth opportunities on your accounts, negotiating contracts that drive increases in revenue. You will be responsible for ensuring all projects are profitable for the agency and hit their gross margin target.
You will be adept at forming great working relationships with day-to-day clients, quickly building trust and rapport, understanding your clients’ businesses and the gatekeeper of core client relationships.
As an Account Manager at iCrossing you will be working as an integral part of a team of bright individuals all with differing areas of specialism and interest. You will be expected to liaise and build relationships with members from all departments including SEO, paid media, creative, new business, marketing and finance. 1. Communicating with clients in all disciplines including written, oral, email, presentation, and on-site meetings.
2. Working closely with your Client Solutions Director, strategic and channel leads, to drive high quality agency performance through providing solutions for your clients.
3. Working closely with project management, co-ordinating team members, developing timetables and setting deadlines to achieve client objectives.
4. Budget management including, budget tracker, invoicing... etc.
5. Ensuring the business objectives of the clients are at the forefront of digital strategy and channel deliverables at all times
6. Process minded with the ability to generate ideas and provide solutions.
7. Highly organised with knowledge of project management processes
8. Strong listening and questioning skills with an ability in getting to know and understand new people, businesses, products and markets.
9. Passionate and determined with the drive to learn and succeed, whilst having the ability to help grow others.
10. Existing knowledge of digital marketing is a bonus
