Key Responsibilities
* Develop and Deliver Merchandising Plans: Create and execute merchandising strategies across multiple sections, focusing on sales growth and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand customer shopping data and trends, developing new merchandising concepts.
* Conduct Range Reviews: Regularly review product ranges with Buying and provide in-depth analysis to inform their decisions.
* Market Analysis: Identify category opportunities through thorough market research.
* Data Analysis: Analyse data to optimise store layouts, ensuring effective space utilisation and monitoring performance.
* Inspire Store Compliance: Ensure successful project rollout by providing timely communication across the business.

Requirements
* Commercial Awareness: Possess a broad understanding of the UK grocery market.
* Data Analysis Skills: Ability to collect and analyse large datasets to identify areas for improvement.
* Project Management: End-to-end project management skills with high organisational and time management capabilities.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Education: Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
