Transaction Manager / BusinessManager - Prestige Main Dealer,Edenbridge
Our client is a well-run andRespected Dealer Group with a large portfolio of Prestige CarBrands. They currently require an experienced and motivatedTransaction Manager / Business Manager to join theirwell-established team at a state-of-the-art facility based inEdenbridge.
36k basic salary plus commissions. OTE of 66k + CAR + PENSION +Excellent Company Benefits.
This role would suit a Current TransactionManager/Business Manager within the CarIndustry.
TheRole
As aTransaction manager, your role is key to the success of ourclient's dealership. The Transaction Manager role is focused onyour ability to sell financial solutions to customers whilstensuring FCA compliance at all times. The role of TransactionManager also offers the opportunity to use your initiative andgives a step into management.

Responsibilities
* To unleash the potential of the salesteam by setting stretching objectives and providing regularfeedback on performance against theseobjectives.
* To resource the sales teamappropriately on a day to day and longer-termbasis
* Maintain good relationships with Brandpartners.
* Ensure that compliance is enforcedand that it meets all the obligations relating to the customerexperience and to the manufacturer's standards within the SalesDepartment.
* Full understanding of manufacturertargets ensuring the team are maximising everyopportunity.
* Encourage the sales team to reviewprocesses to ensure they are working in the most efficientway.
* Be receptive to new ways of doing thingsand actively encourage the sales team to try out newideas.
* Inspire the sales team to deliver anIncredible Customer Experience for every customer that the salesteam encounter.
* Manage the day to day salesactivities such as deal files, handovers, sales funnel to maximisesales revenue.
